Questions

Is my first appointment a consultation?

Yes. Every new client starts with a consultation covering your goals, medical history and suitability. For prescription-only treatments this includes a face-to-face assessment before anything is prescribed.

Will I look overdone?

The approach is conservative by design: small, considered amounts and a review at two weeks. It is always easier to add a little more than to take it away.

Is there a deposit?

A deposit secures your appointment and comes off the treatment price. You will get the details when your slot is confirmed.

Who can't be treated?

Injectables are not carried out during pregnancy or breastfeeding, on anyone under 18, or with some medical conditions and medicines. The enquiry form asks a few questions so this is picked up early.

What happens after treatment?

You receive written aftercare by email the same day, a check-in a few days later, and a reminder when it is a good time to review or top up.
